Don't we still have troops maintaining the "peace" in the Balkans? Don't these people understand that we have no more reason to continue that "six-months" deployment than we do to continue in Iraq, in fact, probably less.

Europe has not learned from the failure of Pacifism as Nazi Germany gained time to prepare for invasion against European countries. Kantism is partially to be blamed for this.

John Locke mentioned the rights for revolution by the people. In modern days, the advantages of the dictatorship with strong military threats the chance of success, which US will need to act as a proxy to guarantee the rights of revolution by force.
