Unfortunately there was no Arabic translation available back then in 2004.

Somebody needs to send this to Helen Thomas - this was one of her complaints this morning - no connection between Osama and Iraq.

They don't call me old eagle eyes for nothing ha ha. I can hardly keep focused clearly on the screen anymore. I had took notice to the saucer some time back and never ran it by you. Perhaps the mystery shall be cleared up.

"Just came across this regarding OKC at the Groupintel Blog.:"
I thought that was our conclusion the second day or so of that brief and rather covert story hit our site. Will read the link, however. Thanks.

Being originally a native of Lebanon, born and lived there for twenty two years, translation from Arabic to English is a simple thing to do for me :)
PS: All the documents that I have translated so far are handwritten ones and I think there is not a software in the world that can possibly do the translation of a handwritten Arabic document.

After all what we are learning through these Iraqi documents and this is still the tip of the iceberg, it is extremely possible that what you posted is true.

The word is that Iran and Hezbollah were to blame for Khobar. Everyone arrested for Khobar was Saudi except for a couple of them from Lebanon (I think). No Iranians were arrested, though the official ruling is that Iran backed that.
I did read where bin Laden may have provided the explosives, though I don't know if there's anything to it.
Still, the timing makes me wonder if there's something more than coincidence ...

I hope that they release these documents that further and further show this very clear relation between Saddam and Osama Bin Laden.

The article does not mention the fact that this dopes roomate was a Pakistani student whom as some of us remember took off never to be found. This clown was turned away from the stadium ticket center, so he figured he would wait out the game and when he could detect a large enough group of people existing, run at them an go boom. Fortunatly he goofed off with the ignition mechanism or something while sitting on the park bench and set the bomb off. That's my take on this one. Not that I am being queried to present an explanation.
Surely no one with any intellegience would walk around with a back on his back with explosives wired to go off, that contained nails etc.. Why can't people just call a spade a spade.

Of course. The Honorable Presidency is Saddam Hussein himself and the Apparatus is the Intelligence service which is the most powerful entity in the Iraqi government.
