That line jumped out at me as well. I'm guessing it means that the neo-Nazis don't fear any soccer fans except the English hooligans.

I'm not entirely sure what it meant by this but this may be a reference to The League of St. George. This was (is?) a nationalist hooligan group that was even more radical than the (neo-Nazi embracing) National Front. I hadn't heard anything of them for years so I assumed that they'd been even further marginalized. However, the World Cup relatively close to home following the 7/7 bombings does make one wonder...
