I think we need to be very careful about presuming to know God's mind.
Sometimes an infection is an infection - sometimes cancer is cancer.
It is a temptation to look at the misfortune of others we don't agree with and react smugly - assuming God is taking care of business.
I think this is very dangerous because God doesn't like pride very much either.
The only good thing about this is the amount of damage these jackasses have done to the rat. Oh the black table telephone media will smother this as best it can, but what these people have done and said will fall on the proper ears. Bank on it.
