On one particular occasion he was serving up his fare in one of those white canvas tents because it was pretty cool out that night. Just as his rather well-to-do city folk guests were sitting down to their evening meal a huge bull moose stuck his head in the back door of the tent and proceeded to rip the tent, table and dinner to shreds. The whole thing was caught on tape by one of the ranch hands. It's hilarious!
