We all know that Kendall is a criminal, an accomplice, a coconspirator, a shill and an abettor.But, IMHO, we should not do anything to get him tossed off this case.
As I understand it, this case is very close to going to court. We need for this trial to be going on during the fall elections. If Kendall is tossed, The Hildabeaste will need to retain new counsel and that will delay the trial.
Better to let Kendall carry on and then go after him when the trial is finished. The crimes he's committed will not go away in the meantime.
