I don't know what document you are referring to. Several have been translated and some do have official seals.

I noticed in your next response you provided a link to the website with a comment about the authenticity. You are late to the party on this. We all know that. The disclaimer says they will not vouch for authenticity, etc. It does not say they are not authentic etc. That means they could be authentic.

I know it means they could be authentic, or not.
My point is that the impact would have been greater and definitive, had the document been declared authentic by the Government.
