Yes, but I think Andy is needed elsewhere and it's time for someone else to lift the burden and carry it awhile. It's a tough job and he's done it extremely well. He's been a real Chief of Staff and not just a media front man and it has to wear on a man considerably.
Both WERE close to tears. I'm a "student" of President Bush, and I study every nuance. He was close to tears in that photo. Being an emotional man, is one of his most endearing qualities to me.
