Apparently from the actions in Washington, we have made plans to secede California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas to Mexico. If you can't beat em join em.

And the R's are naive if they think they are going to get those votes. Historically the overwhelming majority of illegals(amnesty/citizens) vote Dem.

I've heard that Mexico deports people who illegally cross over its southern border, coming from countries farther south, so they definitely are not only tolerating "illegal immigrants" from other places, they are talking out of both sides of their mouths. What a bunch of f---ing hypocrites they are who "run" Mexico, starting with Vicente Fox.

Whoops! Had a brain fart there! Note to self... that should be: ...not only are they NOT tolerating "illegal immigrants" from other places...

I was in Mexico on vacation in July of 2000 when Fox was elected. I have learned to have nothing but contempt for this man since. I want to go back this summer to be there when he loses.

And why is Bush kissing up to him?

Yup.

Bush does Fox's bidding, no matter what it is.

Where is that picture of Bush with Abdullah?

Yeah, but when were Iowa, Nebraska, and North Carolina part of Mexico?

Add to that Washington DC, itself?

You have not been paying attention. There already are several thousand such non-citizens already serving in our military.

Who do you think is going to pay social security tax that Congress will not reform, where are the "voters" crying out to get control of that sucking sound? Congress is the body that has turned its back on our borders, and illegals are such a potential windfall for a few elected politicians.

I do not know who you have been listening to but you need to step outside your little box. What is happening today comes about for many reasons and if you think it is just a simple matter of loading up 12 million human beings and sending them across a border you are lost.

Personally, I hold the American people responsible because they have bought into life long money schemes such as social security and somebody else pay my medical bill care promises. Further where were you complaining when the Clintons made the INS their get out the illegal vote agency.

"President Fox has made it clear that he has nothing but contempt for our laws and our people. And his remarks have been anything but civil or dignified. "

I am not soft on this matter but in a sense how can you blame him?

Fox and all Mexican leaders are the equivalent of the scoundrel father who sires 20 children and, when he doesn't feed or clothe them, finds that the local community is doing that very act. And when the community decides to thrust the children back on their family of origin, the father (scoundrel) gets inflamed.

We have met the enemy and he is us. Mexicans laugh at us and how we coddle the illegals, and how easy it is for illegals to get taxpayer benefits, and free education, court settlements for "bad" medical treatment, and sue decent Americans in court.

I am one of the few who do not find this to be a border issue. If only it were just a border issue. It is all the other matters that make immigration so maddening.

The mindset is one of invasion rather than immigration-----the plan by illegals to overthrow the US government:

Reconquista Armando Navarro 'Ethnic Studies' Professor at the University of California, Riverside Anti-American, Fifth-Column Menace. "Ladies and Gentlemen, what this means (the immigration bill) is a transfer of power, it means control, and it is the young people, the people who are now moving to develop an agenda for the twenty first century they are going to be in a position to really make the promise of what the Chicano movement was all about in terms of self-determination, in terms of empowerment, even in the terms of an Aztlan...."

"I heard someone say, this week, that we buy ALL of Mexico's oil. Can anyone verify that? That, to me, puts us at the receiving end of anything Vicente-baby wants to dish out."

I don't know about that but I did read that we buy 60% of Venezuelas oil which is 13-15% of our total oil imports. So, Chavez has a lot more to lose than us if that relationship goes sour. However, Venezuela has more proven oil reserves than the US, Canada and Mexico combined and are the world's 4th largest oil exporter.

Mr. Fox took office with much hope and fanfare.
Mr. Fox will leave office accomplishing nothing for his country.
Mexico is at least as corrupt and pathetic as when he took office.
