Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador supports no legal immigration policies.

We need a Mexico out in the open about it's anti-Americanism when Castro and Chavez do a victory lap with Obrador and the Anti-American trash talk begins.

As an anti-American maybe Obrador will close the borders himself since most Latin American think America is about to invade.

"eggs" is used in Spanish for the same colloquialism as "nuts" is used in English.
so, "failure/weakness of eggs" would be a more literal translation.

Yes,we're going to get Lopez Obrador south of the border down Mexico way. And keep in mind that the "ruling conservative party" which will lose is the party of Vicente Fox. If you don't like Vicente Fox, you ain't seen nothing yet.

Honestly, from a purely American viewpoint, we'd probably be best served to have the PRI back in power.

The PRI basically runs Mexico anyway (as it has since the end of the revolution)...it runs their congress and most state governors are PRI.

So whoever becomes el-presidente will still have to deal with the PRI

The inner circle of the PRD is made up of ex-PRIistas who split from the party when Carlos Salinas selected Zedillo as his successor rather than Manuel Camacho. Camacho is Lopez Obrador's right-hand man. They are not ideologically as leftist as they are painted out to be. In fact, the true Leftists in Mexico are upset that the PRD is carrying the Leftist banner.
