Those who can prove they demolished radio towers prior to Jan. 1, 2007, will be able to pay a $500 fine and receive “temporary guest welder” status in our country. The fine means it is NOT an amnesty, and that should help sell it to the Weldo-phobic rubes that are not as smart as the proponents of full amnesty. Right! Good April's Fool, AC. LOL!!!
