I agree with you whole heartedly.
I am a legal immigrant and I did things by the book.
It is a slap in the face for people like me ,to see that illegals get preferential treatment in this bill.
Legal immigrants pay taxes,SS and obey the law, while illegals do nothing to support any of this.
It makes me angry, since I had to pay fees and endure background checks, before being able to come to the US.
And now that I want to get my citizenship, I have to pay more fees for the Application and endure more background checks, while the Democrats want amnesty for the illegals.
I have been in the USA for almost 20 Years and I think that is enough time for a legal immigrant to get his citizenship without having to pay for it,especially if they have been law abiding.JMO.
I am willing to pay to be a citizen of this great nation and just wanted to point out this injustice.

GOOD FOR YOU AND I COULDN'T AGREE MORE THAT THESE PEOPLE IN OFFICE ARE SELLING THIS COUNTRY DOWN THE RIVER JUST FOR VOTES. ANYONE WHO HAS DONE THE TIME AND PAID THE FEES SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ENDURE BEING PUT THROUGH THE RINGER AGAIN.
