"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!

Shep Smith's producers are slamming the end of Brit's show, and squinching the final shot of DC OMG! And that's exactly the same thing Mrs. Suhks complains about. We can't see the panel's reaction to the funny part. LOL

See, RP? I'm not the only one!!! Yippee, somebody else as annoyed by missing the end of Brit's show as I am.
I even mentioned it to Tony when I went in to see him back in Feb., but he said it was a call by the NY producers, and I got the idea that I should just let it drop.
It's the only thing they know ... And failure to adapt will do nothing but insure their future irrelevance.
