WASHINGTON - Putting aside party differences, Senate Republicans and Democrats coalesced Thursday around compromise legislation that holds out the hope of citizenship to an estimated 11 million immigrants living in the United States unlawfully.

"We can no longer afford to delay reform," said Republican Sens. John McCain and Edward M. Kennedy in a statement that capped weeks of struggle to find common ground. [TRANSLATION: Amnesty and a path to citizenship for 11 million illegal aliens]

The so-called "compromise" offers a path to citizenship for over ten million illegal aliens. It's worse than a temporary "guest worker program". Unbelievable. RINOs like McCain and their lefty allies like Kennedy are working to get this "No Illegal Alien Left Behind Act" adopted in the Senate right now, this very minute.

There are compromises and evil compromises, and in my view what happened in the Senate today falls in the latter.

in the name of diversity and corporate profits

Yep...a total sellout on both sides of the aisle:

Democraps get the Hispanic votes from law-breakers who siphon off benefits at the expense of taxpayers (school, food, housing, medical benefits, etc.) while RINO's keep the corporate donors happy with low-wage illegals doing the work (with the jobs that they can't outsource to Mexico as in manufacturing, or to other Third World locales).

The end result: the continued coddling of lawbreakers, such as the cable tv, internet access, air-conditioning, etc. we give to convicted murderers, rapists, child molesters, etc.

And if the "11 million undocumented workers" were wearing uniforms, we'd call that an invasion, but since they wear "civies", it's "looking for a better life".........

He's part of the problem. But this turd is not what the president outlined in his speeches. So I'm gonna sent him a nice long letter.

In addition, I hope all freepers bury their house members with email, letters and faxes urging them not to compromise with these ball-less wonders.

ITS AMNESTY. The U.S Senate told the overwhelming majority of the American people to go and get lost.

"Parties put aside their differences to destroy America in the name of diversity and corporate profits."

How noble. That would be the new Republocrat platform.

We haven't lost control of our borders, we've lost control of those responsible for controlling our borders.

Hastert is the only weapon we have left in the conference committee, I hope the House slaps these traitors from the Senate.

10 years from now we will have the same problem unless illegals streaming across the border are stopped.

Hastert will fight this. He had his picture taken with my 1 YO daughter, so she most likely rubbed off on him.

As usual, this headline is not true.. and only what the MSM was true. They are still meeting and it has been announced that it will fall anyway with a budget busting 35 Billion price tag.. against a point of order ho ho..

How many times were we promised, GUAR-AN-TEED, that there would be no amnesty.

Betray of America by professional politicians. They ought to be hung, everyone who votes for this piece of trash.

Every one gets what they want - and the American taxpayer gets stuck with the bill. Being a wonderful chump I was, I paid my taxes today. Oh, do you think our government would ever give us an amnesty for NOT paying taxes? In our dreams!
