Sure, pour trillions of dollars into fixing a non-problem. Money that could have been better spent on improving water quality and sanitation around the globe, helping poverty stricken nations, teaching people how to run productive farms, etc. There was a study last year, or maybe the year before, that said pumping money into GW was the worst possible use of resources.

Ya know... there's this thing called a cycle. They can be short, or they can be long. But things cycle. Pretty much everything cycles. I'll just betcha that in 20 years, 20,000 years, whatever it may be, the Earth will start cooling. (if, in fact, it is indeed, warming, which I'm not so sure about.) Will the environ-whackos in that era (a) claim that their efforts to reduce global warming paid off, and/or (b) start such a commotion to help prevent the next cooling off period?

I so hope I'm alive to see the next cycle to see what the Al Gore crowd does.

But...I think if you claim to be an evangelical, you gotta put your efforts into evangelizing.

Our priority is always evangelism but that doesn't negate our civic responsibilities. That said, there is no such thing. They don't have that answer so I'm not voting.

That's only half my answer. It would be a distortion of what I think if I answered that.
