Anyone who would kill a pre-born baby is not going to have any qualms about attacking a pro-lifer; hope the young lady is O.K. now, and all the best to my Right-to-life Canadian friends!

I have only read about three abortion clinic killers. All three of them strike me as certifiably insane, and only one of them really belonged to the anti-abortion movement.
Considering the fact that millions of people believe that abortion clinics are committing murder every day, that's a very low number.
The numbers of women killed at abortion clinics, because of incompetence, neglect, and lack of proper emergency facilities is significant, too, although the press does its best to conceal the numbers.

It is not in a true Pro-Lifers nature to kill another human. Pro-Lifers are trying to keep America from killing anymore unborn humans.
Did you know that we have killed more babies then Hitler killed Jews?
Do you know that Commie Liberals will tie themselves to a tree because the tree has a nest with spotted owls eggs in it and the Lumberjack is coming to cut it down. I don't see any of them tying themselves to the womb.
Did you know that the Demorats 'choice' has killed me people then Republican guns have? I don't think Demorats should be trusted with a choice, they should only be able to vote Republican. How is that?

For those who mutilate babies on a daily basis, anything is fair game!

I salute her for that.

P.S. I get asked a lot, so if you're wondering "Zeroisanumber" is a reference to a Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds song. HMM...
I thought it refered to how many live babies leave your place of employment.

I posted before I'd read further, so I apologize for taking THIS [
I get called all sorts of nasty things by pro-life protesters on my way into work every weekend.] wrong.
I've protested (silently, walking with signs) before, and the vitrol is mostly one way.
Pro-lifers give you the thumbs up; the others use other digits. They also holler to "get a job" and other things.
Many tenants in the building lost business, because of the CLINIC, NOT of the protesters.

I would imagine that all that enter live leave live since Zeroisanumber works at an eye clinic (in the same building as an abortion mill).

Good point.
BTW, I'm reading a fictional story set in Rome during Pompey's flight and Caesar's assumption of power (Pompey = Cut & run!) where 'you' (Cicero) are playing a large part! So...are you for Pompey or Caesar?! (In the story, you're having a hard time choosing sides...)

Data on pro-abortion violence against pro-lifers has been documented by Dr. Brian Clowes and others. Generally, the number of murders of pro-life activists by pro-abortion activists, since 1995, is counted at 142, compared to a total of 8 murders of pro-aborts by 6 self-proclaimed "pro-lifers." (Each of the 6 purportedly "pro-life" killers had mental problems.) In all categories of violence, pro-abortion activists have committed many times more crimes against pro-lifers than the other way around.
See this website: www.abortionviolence.com, especially the map and the list.
There is also a 1995 summary here:
http://www.geocities.com/kekogut/miscellaneous/Jan1995.pdf That one was given to all the House and Senate members.
National Abortion Federation inflates their stats on anti-abortion violence by counting all picketing, with each picketer counted as a separate case of "violence." About 98% of what they call "anti-abortion violence" is what the rest of us call freedom of speech.

I suppose as a conservative, I should favor the Optimates, led by Pompey, over the Populares, led by Caesar. Cicero did. But as you imply, the choice isn't easy.
Marx didn't invent class warfare, the Romans did. You see it in the earliest days of Rome, as described by Livy, and throughout most of Rome's history. All Marx did was to invent a "scientific" theory of class warfare that was sheer nonsense.
On the other hand, it has been argued that that was Rome's strength, until finally the balance of power broke down in the civil wars you are reading about. Namely, Rome had what the Greeks called "mixed government," neither popular nor aristocratic nor kingly, but a combination of all three, embodied in the consuls, senate, and tribunes.
