This is amazing exoneration of those of us who have steadfastly held that Saddam had the capacity to make just-in-time chemical weapons, and that he had the capacity to make small-quantity-WMDs to put in the hands of terrorists for use against the U.S.

This totally backs President Bush's decision to take out Iraq.

Is it safe to assume that our own intelligence agencies are aware of the evidence for WMD activities contained in these documents? I work with the government on a number of issues and I've been amazed at the lack of insight into documents in their possession. Wondering if this is the same.
