Helicopter Activity in Bellevue / Redmond WA

I'm currently on the Bellevue, Redmond Border in Washington State and for the past 15 minutes theres been a lot of helicopter activity overhead. Seems they're circling around and going all over the place...
Anyone in the know, know whats going on? please share. thanks.

Dick Cheney is in town and stayed the night at the Redmond Mariott. His motorcade is probably out and about.
He's headed to Spokane for another round of fundraisers this afternoon.

Do they have UN or no markings?.......... I fonally got a glimpse of the last one that flew over a minute ago... seemed it was blue with a white top.... or was that white with a blue top??? hmmmm... it was one of the two. They've been circling all over for the past half hour though.
I live across the street from the main Microsoft complex... maybe it does have something to do with the chinese / Gates meet today..

My office is in Eastgate. When we get helicopters overhead they're usually the traffic guys circling over an accident on 90.
The traffic cams show what looks like a police motorcycle on the overpass for 148th over 520. Not sure what's up with that.

My fiance and I saw a Blackhawk fly low and fast by our apartment window when we used to live on Minor near downtown Seattle. We found out that they were running drills of some sort. Quite a sight.
