I uninstall Norton on ALL my customers' computers, and install AVG free. People are always so surprised when I tell them that Norton is causing most of their problems.
Same here.I am computer illiterate,but the man who helps me out,that is the first thing he does.Uninstall Norton anti-virus,and install a real firewall.
