What a pile of crap.
So many Europeans, even the sometimes sensible Brits, see the USA and its people though silly stereotypes promoted by their media. If the US officer is energetic and aggressive (important qualities for any military officer) then oh, my, oh, my he must be a "Hollywood" type.
There is so much drivel of this kind..... it's amazing that Europeans think WE are shallow.....
Looks like some of the British command have been robbed of their precious essence!
