The American Circus (PETA smackdown!)

WASHINGTON -- The legal concept of the Public Nuisance has for long been recognized throughout all the civilized countries of the world. Basically, and unadorned by the tortured language of the legal profession, a public nuisance is one who uses property to annoy or damage an individual or the general public. Occasionally the annoyance or damage is sufficiently grievous for the public nuisance to suffer some sort of penalty.

Wouldn't it be legal to butcher feral rats in front of PETA HQ in each state? They are vermin, right? I would guess breaking their necks with traps would be legal, at least.

If that were a problem, bring a bunch of cockroaches and stomp on them in front of their offices.

I say get them as riled as they do the rest of us.

"nudists numbered among the public nuisances"

How are nudists public nuisances? We don't clothe other animals, so why is the human animal different? Isn't the whole framework of thinking about clothing a manufactured delusion based on brainwashing? I don't think the unclothed should be put in the same category as extortionists and terrorists.

Either a bill was just signed, or waiting to be signed in CA that would give a dog owner 3 years in jail if their dogs killed an animal. Traditionally, dogs kill vermin.

So if you want to make a statement with butchering a rat, ensure you are in a red state.
