In fact, the Tu-95 was one of the MOST unstealthy planes because the four sets of contra-rotating propellers gave the plane a MASSIVE radar signature. Even going to composite blades in the later Tu-142 versions didn't really reduce the radar cross section that much.

Even if they were somehow able to evade radar, how did they get past our satellites?

I don't buy any of this crap. Sounds like propaganda to me...
