The United States in a sense of the word has a "cancer." The word sounds shocking. It is shocking.
AMERICAN HERITAGE DICTIONARY defines the noun cancer as "a tumor that tends to invade healthy tissue and spread to new sites." WEBSTER extends the definition generically to "anything bad or harmful that spreads and destroys."
Up to now, the tumor has been benign.
It's time for straight talk. Pablum phrases - such as "Immigration is good for America; America was built by immigrants; It is un-American to think of building walls, only Communists build walls" - must be analyzed.

Yet the President has surrendered all ready.
May day has special connotation for all those communist, socialist, anarchist groups. It's like their holy day of the year.
There's going to be some big protests I'm sure.
And the first organ to be destroyed by this cancer is the Republican majority.
Bill O'Reilly had on this idiot child last night who was prattling on how May Day is a big holiday in Latino nations. Bill had to force her to admit that the socialists/communists invented May 1st celebrations - in the name of labor of course
Yes- that's deep in the article - I'm sure you're right.
I believe the same term (cancer) was used for how communism spreads. I was being sarcastic about the funny part. Or was I being sardonic?)
"an American mob-ocracy"
The genius of our forefathers were they didn't trust too much power in anyones hand, especially not the mob.
Anyone that continually professes a country above these ideals are unaware what we really are or what we should be.
That's it they are a cancer that is spreading across this land.
I always thought May Day was about:
"Hurray hurray the 1st of May Outdoor sex begins today"
