Lots of folks are watching this. I tell my kids, this is the future for your kids. We cut off the Japanese from raw materials in the late 1930s and early 1940s and this cutoff was the proximate reason to hit Pearl Harbor and "teach us a lesson." 9/11 was also to teach us a lesson, and I think the kids now understand what countries learn from these lessons.

The environmentalists like the Nature Conservancy are locking up all future oilfields and mineral deposits as the "last great place to save the earth." Bunk, they're a real estate company cornering markets for their sponsors.
