Do you think that this particular location is a good prospect or is Cuba doing because it is their best prospect or their best propaganda?
The hot spot on the US continental shelf is Area 181. Do you honestly think that Shell and Anadarko are going to abandon 181 to drill between the US and Cuba?

I think this is great news. When the American people realize that oil will be drilled off of our coast, whether by us or a foreign power, they will be a lot more willing to support U.S. efforts for offshore drilling.
