ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A driver crashed into not just one but two homes overnight. She lost control off of Chickasaw Trail near Valencia Community College in Orange County.Skid marks on Chickasaw lead to a fence the car plowed through. From there, the car went straight to a pink house, leaving a hole in it that has since been boarded up.
The woman behind the wheel backed out of the pink house and slammed into another home. She then drove onto a third property before knocking over another fence. When Pedro Gonzalez's neighbor called him to say there had been an accident on his property, he couldn't believe one car could cause so much damage.
"They told me they hit the house and I said, 'What do you mean they hit the house?' I didn't expect anything, you know," Gonzalez said.

She was drunk, what does the fact that she was deaf have to do with anything?
Why is it important that one house she hit was pink, but unimportant what color the other house was?
So the real story is "DUI woman crashes into 2 homes" and the fact that she's deaf has nothing whatsoever to do with the story.
So, is headline writing something you work up to, or something that you are promoted out of? [Hey buddy, good news -- you've been here long enough that we're promoting you out of headline writing into toilet cleaning! Woohoo!]
Another WOMAN ARRESTED FOR PETTING DOG story...
I suspected there was more to the story than that...
Officers responding to the calls found the sexual activity of a deaf couple , saying, "It sounded as if they were bludgeoning a cow. There would be a low moan, like a moo, and then a bang and a higher-pitched moo. It was like MOO
BANG
MOOO!"

Ahhh, yes. Deaf people do make unusual noises, don't they?
You know, even when I was 12, I don't think I would have found the amusement in such a scenario.
I'm sorry if you're not 12. Many other 12 year olds on the forum found it amusing. They were probably not from S.F. though.
Yeah and somebody had "Moo, Bang, Moooo" as their tagline for awhile. It WAS a funny story!
(Denny Crane: "Every one should carry a gun strapped to their waist. We need more - not less guns.")
HUH?
(Deaf, get it?)
She was unable to hear the houses sneaking up on her.
