In a just concluded debate and press conference, author and FBI Consultant Paul Williams and Jeff Epstein of "America's Truth Forum" reveal they have been advised by Pakistani journalist and Bin Laden biographer Hamid Amir that Al-Qaeda will use smuggled nukes against the US if the US takes military action against Iran.
Amir established his credentials by correctly predicting that Egypt would be hit by terrorist action a full two weeks prior to the events of last week. Amir, a Pakistani journalist, has been in contact with high ranking Al-Qaeda officials for several years.

If you believe the US will respond to a nuke attack inside our borders, perpetrated by people inside our borders, by going on a worldwide nuclear attack against everyone and anything with a crescent moon, you have a soft head.

If nukes were being smuggled into the US or Europe or Russia, or China, some would have been discovered. It has been 40 years since the Russian suitcase nukes were supposedly prepositioned in 100 American cities.
I think some people completely miss the point.
If the same people who planned and carried out 9/11 had access to nuclear weapons...is there any doubt they would have used them? Hell, they wanted to kill upwards of 20,000 people, and might have if they hadn't miscalculated.
And...they ARE the same people.
What good does taking out their holy sites do? You think once we do that the one billion Muslims around the world are going to say, "I guess America was right and good after all"?
Instead of a couple hundred thousand insane suicide bombers we will have tens of millions.
These same people are also very patient about their attacks. They are not going to just set off any smuggled nukes the minute they get them here. They will set them off to have maximum effect. Both in the loss of "infedel's" life and positive "recruiting" impact on other muslims.
You realize, I hope, that it takes 250lbs of material and untested materials at that, to make a nice 10kt bomb.

They might not have had the detonators or delivery systems in the US at that time. They might not have even been there then. Evidence was presented today that they have only recently been smuggled into the US using Mexican gangs.
Just because they had them doesn't mean they were on US soil yet.

When Saddam said "mother of all battles", he meant that the battle was going to birth subsequent battles in the region, which, unfortunately is proving partially true.
