Hamad Mir - "Terrorists will Use Nukes in America if U.S. Bombs Iran!"
Terrorism Press COnference ^ | 4-28-06 | Bob J

Posted on 04/28/2006 9:03:39 AM PDT by Bob J

In a just concluded debate and press conference, author and FBI Consultant Paul Williams and Jeff Epstein of "America's Truth Forum" reveal they have been advised by Pakistani journalist and Bin Laden biographer Hamid Amir that Al-Qaeda will use smuggled nukes against the US if the US takes military action against Iran.

Amir established his credentials by correctly predicting that Egypt would be hit by terrorist action a full two weeks prior to the events of last week. Amir, a Pakistani journalist, has been in contact with high ranking Al-Qaeda officials for several years.

The debate (between Richard Miniter and Paul Williams) and press conference were webcast LIVE by Rightalk.com. Audio files of both events will be available for downloading by this afternoon.

Exactly...if they had them and the capacity to get them into the U.S., then they would have already used them.

We didn't bomb Hiroshima and Nagasaki because we were angry, we nuked them to avoid a costly invasion of Japan.

Japan was easy, they're right there on the map. Where is Al-Qaeda on a map that you can take them out with precision nuclear weapons??

They have get the approval of certain Mullahs and taht won;t be forthcoming unless there is a catalyzing event...such as bombing Iran.

Timing is everything.

Folks, some of the captured iraqi documents that have not been released are going to show Saddam trained up to 8,000 foreign terrorists in Iraq before the war! They have group photos of the graduating classes. This will be funny to watch the lousy dems and the msm when they come out. They will try and ignore them initially, yet they will not be able to forever. This will show Saddam had terrorist ties. Read more here: http://strata-sphere.com/blog/

AQ is on the map.. It's in Damascus, Cairo, Tehran, and frankly Baghdad, and several other places.

Look up the real situation out there. Learn.

You said -- "So, what are you going to do about the most holy of the holy sites, the Dome of the Rock?"

Destroy it. Put up the original temple on the Temple Mount.

Destroy all the holy sites, all over the world, in short order -- of a few days or weeks. Get it all done at once.

Regards,
Star Traveler

P.S. That will surely be "shock and awe" -- more so than anything else we've ever done in Iraq (which they did call "shock and awe").

"W-33 used in the T-317 atomic projectile; gun-assembly HEU weapon. Those don't 'go bad'. Yield 5 - 10 Kt, 40 Kt (Y2). Those don't need any neutron triggers from polonium or tritium.. It just goes. Weight, 250lbs. I bet that can be moved around without much problem." - elchrio

That's completely incorrect. Gun assemblies are the **primary** users of polonium triggers. By design, by material choice, and due to the laws of physics, polonium triggers always have a half-life of fewer than 90 days.

Furthermore, tritium is not a trigger as you allude above; it is a booster.

Gun Assemblies **requires** neutron triggers, by the way. It's that trigger that sparks the chain reaction.

In contrast, implosion assemblies use compression to spark a chain reaction.

You're pretty new around here, by the way. If you have a nuclear question, or just feel the need to spout various nuclear mythology that's in the public domain, ping me.

I'll set you straight time and again (and that's what you want, right, the truth??).

"That situation could change by way of China selling them the technology Clinton sold them."

Even China doesn't have missiles that can reach the US from Iran. In fact, the distance to Iran (even over the north pole) is so great, only the Minuteman III in our arsenal could reach Iran, and it would likely have to ditch some of its warheads to do so.

Russia probably does have missiles that could do it, but I seriously doubt they will sell ICBMs to Iran that could only be used against the US by passing over Russian territory.

You are completely incorrect. Implossions needs the 'Urchin' polonium style neutron iniatators (1st gen).

Implossion U-235 and PU always need the Neutron source trigger at detonation. A gun style does not need it whatsoever.

"It depends on the trigger, and the style. Tritium is typically used. Some may even use the polonium style, but that won't last much longer. However.. The big thing is, maybe they can be refueled by the bad powers. I bet NK has quite a bit of Tritium now."

That's all incorrect. Tritium is **not** a trigger material, by the way. Tritium is a booster.

"And you know what's worse? Uranium guns like Little Boy apparently do not need neutron triggers at all."

That's incorrect. Gun Assemblies **require** neutron triggers to initiate the chain reaction. Uranium weapons are gun assemblies, by the way.

Then you would care less about the liberation of Iraq or Afghanistan. Thats great. I am on your side. Lets send the troops home and put them on the border. Maybe the worlds prayers will be answered and Isreal will be turned to liquid.

Will they then expect the reverse to happen; that if someone uses a nuclear device in the U.S., we'll obliterate Iran?

If someone uses a nuclear device on the U.S., we won't wait to investigate and gather evidence concerning who the culprit is, we'll shoot first and ask questions later! Iran will be a smoking radioactive pit!

Booster yes.. The old style had the neutron source go off at max pressure from the urchin design. However, moderns typical have an external neutron cyclotron outside of the assembly.

However, a gun-style does not need the boosting.

Interesting.

I defer to your judgment, as you obviously know more specifics than I. Thanks.

Many implossion designs use Oralloy too. And also cylidrical.
