It would be interesting to review the rape statistics for Durham County, and the race of the perps/victims, for, say, the last 5 years.
If you look up the FBI crime statistics on violent crime for rape of black women by white men the number nation wide is 0. or not enough to even report under white women by black men the number is around 20,000. the real disparity from the FBI records is they dont seperate hispanics from whites and the numbers are scewed to look like whitey is more of a criminal.
In 2000, they reported 89 rapes...of course, the fed's won't classify who performed them and who were the victums.
