One of the heroes of Flight 93, now immortalized in "United 93," the stunning new film about the tragedy, long believed he would die young and had told his wife that his death would be in some way connected to the White House.
Some analysts believe the terrorists had hijacked United 93 to strike the White House. In a startling interview with Michael H. Brown, publisher of Spirit Daily, Deena Burnett, widow of the Flight 93 passenger Thomas Burnett, recalled that both she and her husband had premonitions about Tom's early death.

My deceased father, a pragmatist and not given to paranormal insight, dreamed the night before the 1966 Whitman massacre at the University of Texas, that someone was shooting at me. I was a student in Austin at that time--not to my knowledge shot at by Whitman --but the object of a very concerned dad before he was able to get in contact with me. Coincidence? I don't know.

"Are you not judging them, yourself? "
You bet I am!
I'm not relative.
"Is not this itself, wrong?"
John.7:24
[24] Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
No, it is not wrong. It is a RIGHT call on this one. If it is wrong then you are guilty of "judging" me.
"Just what 'notoriety' do you see her getting?"
Good grief! Surely even you can figure that out. I've already elaborated on that in other replies.
"If the woman made note of this to those interviewing the families of passengers, and the media is now divulging this, why are you blaming her?"
If, if, if ... look if you want to believe this nonsense - go ahead however you will not convince me this is legitimate.

Another thing about premonitions is that the people who never had them don't believe anyone else has either.
But I know they happen because I had them twice and both came true. And my mother had one also:
One day when I called her, she was very upset and said she was very worried about my brother because she just knew he had just been in a car accident. Sure enough, he was in a car accident at that very same day practically at that very same time, in another state.

Perhaps you are overly cynical.

"Why is it strange beaversmom? When I pay for a United 93 ticket the makers of it get money. But if I pay for Ice age instead and walk into the 93 theater, then Ice Age profits instead(and Ice Age is a good movie)." My Mom and I did the same thing when we went to go see Fahrenheit 9/11 because we couldn't bear the thought of Michael Moron to getting any of our money. By the way, 10% of the Gross profits from this United 93 are going to the memorial fund. Where did Mike Moron's money go?
By the way, I think your a Lib. Does it hurt to be stupid, or are you completely unaware of it?

I know Michael Moore doesn't 'look' like he gave any profits to anyone else. It's just not his style.

Bootless, yes it's cheating the makers, but not the theatre, since it costs the same for both movies.

After four and a half years, why is this stuff, along with the "white military jet" is just now coming out?

...look if you want to believe this nonsense - go ahead however you will not convince me this is legitimate. I'm convinced that no one ever convinces anyone of anything. People believe things for their own reasons and in their own time.
A man convinced against his will, is of the same opinion still.

I had what I would consider a "premonition" around 6:30-7:00 AM Eastern time on the very morning of 9/11 while having coffee with a date. It was nothing specific, nothing personal to me (at the time) but it was almost like I was feeling a "strong disturbance in The Force". "Something bad is going to happen!" My lady friend thought I might have been losing my mind ... but then just a few hours later she called me and said: "was THIS what you were feeling???" I had never felt anything like it and I've never felt anything like it since.

I've got news for you--every American was affected by 9-11. That's over 250 million of us. We deserve to have patriotic movies BASED ON FACT made and shown.
Exploited? Go cry to Michael Moore.

I do, but lots of people here won't judging from a few other threads on the topic.

Colorcountry I am probably going to see the movie myself this weekend. But I will pay to see Ice Age instead so the makers of this movie don't get any of my money.Good lord...I see you on one thread lauding the Moussaoui verdict, and now you're over here hoping that folks don't go see United 93. You're an interesting new poster at FR.
