But if I pay for Ice age instead and walk into the 93 theater, then Ice Age profits instead(and Ice Age is a good movie).

You're saying United 93 is a lousy movie to boot?

28 how old are you?

You've gotten younger since you gave your age as 29 on the Moussaoui thread.

Very interesting. Strange that it was so strong you mentioned it to someone. I know it's hard to do, but can you describe it more?

It's fun to let them infiltrate for a little bit.

How is a premonition ungodly? God sends messages to people all the time. Some listen, some don't. Doesn't mean it's witchcraft or anything.

They did not make a movie about WTC, JUST United 93. All the families were contacted.

well in that case, if they don't mention the WTC, then I have no problem with it.

BTW a Baptist is not a Pentecostal.

Uhh, I would know that. I am a baptist. I said someone having a prophecy was a stereotypically pentecostal thing to say.

I am also well aware of what Pentecost is, thank you very much.

When my son was 14 I had a premonition that he would die young in a car accident. I told him and he laughed at me. He died when he was 18 1/2 in a car accident.

You said -- "Sorry about this but ... hindsight is always 20/20 and additional attention is always welcomed when remembering loved ones. This is someone embellishing the hero."

Either this happened as they described it -- or it didn't. If it did not, then you would be calling them liars -- because that's what they said they did.

If someone says to me that this is what they did, and I have no compelling reason to disbelieve it -- then I'm going to take them at their word. It does not seem to be a very big problem to take them at their word.

Or -- are you in possession of *direct information* about them -- which contradicts their story -- and are, therefore, calling them liars?

Regards,
Star Traveler

I believe there could be something to this story. I think some people have had premonitions.

I had one about my best friend dying. I had it just a couple of weeks before she died suddenly and unexpectedly. Told my husband about it the morning after I had the dream. After she died he asked me not to tell him if I have any dreams about him dying. I think one way to know if it is true is if there is some record of the premonition before hand...like a journal.

:-) The "premonition" could have been my date, too. She turned out to be as much of a nightmare as 9/11.

I can relate. I've been cleaning a garage that looks as if it was slammed by an IED and I'm having a premonition that there could be casualties before I give an all clear : )

"This story came out shortly after 9/11, was widely reported."

Never heard about it and I'm fairly on top of the news.

As I've said repeatedly, hindsight is always 20/20. People do NOT predict their own demise. That timing belongs to God.

If people want to believe that you can predict the future etc.. then by all means believe. I know as a Christian, sorcery is off limits, at least that is what the Bible states. I know, most people don't care about that when they prefer to be influenced by someone else.
