Wasn't the Enterprise the first nuclear powered aircraft carrier (IE Super carrier)?

I send educational material to the U.S. Navy ships...most recently the Enterprise was one of them. Knew they were deploying soon for I had to get course material to them ASAP.

To the crew: I hope the books arrived safely :)

Enterprise, no prouder ship name in US Navy. The WW2 Enterprise, one of the most famous fighting carriers of the war. I think she was in just about every major engagement.

I might add, as every sailor knows, she is a "ship" not a "boat." Subs are boats.
