It is not a good article.
First the border between right and wrong does not apply. Murder is wrong. And no amount of legal documentation will make it right. Crossing a border with documentation and crossing without is a matter of policy and not right and wrong.
Second, if you apply a hermetic (airtight) covering on the skin, you will die.
Third, there are lots of open cockpit airplanes that do just fine.
Finally, in an ideal world, our border would be like the one we had with canada for many decades, open, unpatrolled and with very little controls.
We do not have an ideal world and yes we need a fence on the southern border but this is only for pragmatic reasons and none that have anything to do with ideals.
