I don't know if you will have the opportunity to meet with President Bush in the near future (I hope you do) but you need to tell the President that he must focus in like a laser beam on SECURING our borders which would include beefing up patrolling the border, supporting (not opposing the Minutemen), and building a better fence over a wider area.

Hopefully he will listen to you. Why the President is ignoring the situation at the border, I can't figure out.

When they get done subverting our economy and destroying it by replacing high earning jobs with BigMac shacks, you tell me about the great promise you will leave for your grandchildren. I have no children of my own. But I have nieces and nephews I worry about. Where will they be when it's 30-50 million illegals in the country and they can't even find a job flipping burgers - or, by that time, speaking their own native language. A few guys up there are trying to destroy what America is and remake it in some Globalist district subbordinated to the UN or whatever socialist utopia it is they have in mind. And you're worried about the Dems.. The dems are history. Conservatism won the battle of ideas and the moderate and liberal republicans are riding the conservative victory wave to being a bigger monster than the dems ever were. Wake up.

For what it is worth over the last few weeks the Bush/Republican bashing that has taken over so many threads has made me wonder sometimes if I have accidentally entered DU instead of FR.

Some of us have had the opportunity to live with the worst the libs can give us,Mario Cuomo here in NY comes to mind.I don`t like many things "our" guys do but will take it any day over the alternative.

It gets frustrating to see mods worried about taglines and than go to a thread that has been hijacked by the third party idealists(who in some cases are more comfortable with the dem social agenda anyways)and nothing done to keep it civil and under control.

I wonder if six months from now and God forbid we are staring at a Chairman Conyers,Rangle,Waxman etc.will FR be proud of this time it is going through.

Taxing the bejesus out of us is good for the economy? The pubbies have given us tax cuts - not permanent yet, and renewable by dims is they get in charge. The pubbies expect us to take care of ourselves, not a nanny government. If you want that, you are not a what I would call a conservative.

The dims should be history, but they are not, yet. Rules in the Senate require a super mmajority to get anything done. Pubbies have not used that, but the dims do all the time.

I think you are the one who needs to wake up. Judges confirmed by the dim/libs are wrecking this country. W needs to appoint more - over the wimpy RINOs and the dims. That is coming up in the next few weeks.
