It sometimes feels like it. I'm listening to Durbin on the senate floor telling the world that this Administration is preventing stem cell research. Control of the terms of the debate is so critical. The issue is should the American taxpayer be forced to pay for embryonic stem cell research, research which is going on all over the world. When the other side feels no need to adhere to truth, things can indeed seem out of control.
