Unfortunately, there could be video of Kennedy getting tanked and going out and intentionally plowing down 25 people, and he'd still avoid arrest and be reelected in a landslide.
Yeah I'm sure the cops are searching for evidence. Evidence like a breathalizer. There working day and night looking for evidence.
At east no one suffocated in an underwater air bubble. The road apple didn't fall far from the horse's posterior..

We will need witnesses -- lots of witnesses.
We'll need videotape.
We'll need DNA evidence.
We will gather at the courthouse for many months, with arguments back and forth.
And in the end, if the evidence is overwhelming, and beyond a reasonable doubt ...
we might arrest the guy.
But we knew that Kennedy was a damn liar didn't we?

As long as Ted Kennedy is a spokesperson for the Left, they have no argument about anything.
Whenever I discuss politics with Liberals, Kennedy is where I start. Instead of defending him, they "agree to disagree" and walk away from the discussion frustrated.
Another good talking point are those "Christian Liberals" who don't believe in late term abortion. When I ask them how they can vote for someone who believes in it, they want to change the subject.
I'm also shocked at how many liberals who believe in abortion don't think animals should be used for testing products. I ask them if, in their opinion, animals are more important than children and their reply is usually; "I can't believe you like Bush" as they walk away from the discussion.
Most of the people I work with are Liberals, none of them that I've talked to can explain why after hearing some facts.
