This is the flightline at Diego Garcia. I count 5 B-52H's, 8 B-1B's and four B-2 shelters. (White structures just at the edge of the tarmac.) They could put a world of hurt on any country.

Hehehe.
Bladder and sphincter control.

That is a pretty old photo. Who knows if that is still the current configuration.

Just as an FYI, Space Imaging no longer exists as a company.

That was taken to demonstrate that the Indian Ocean tsunami did no damage to DG. You're right though. There could be more, there could be less.

First sortie should be to vaporize that well the 12th Iman has been hiding in for the last 1000 years.
Allow me to add a pic of a fine lady who I spent a lot of time with. And who might also want to join the party:

Boy, those B1's sure leave a mess on the ground where they're parked. Of course, they leave a bigger mess on the ground that they fly over...

That's 5 each KC-135s, not B-52s.

The question is whether they can scramble and be clear if they get a launch warning. Option B., if a Cigarette boat comes over the horizon at 60+ mph, with a nuke in the cabin, could they be clear in time?
The dirty secret of the Soviet/US nuclear standoff was the US policy of "Launch on Warning". The Soviets were aware that if we had credible evidence that they were PLANNING an attack, we would launch FIRST, and catch the missiles in the silos, the bombers on the ground, and the Typhoons with their hatches still shut. AND, we had plans, which the Soviets knew, that included secondary and tertiary strikes that had so many warheads that we were targeting small town police barracks, just to use them all up. Whether this 12th Iman knows it or not, there is a MIRVed Triton boresighted on the top of his head, waiting for him to twitch the wrong way.

Wrong, wrong, wrong,*wrong*! He has nothing to fear from us (or the UN) and he knows it.Post a similar photo showing Israel's nuclear assets and my response to you would be "bingo"!
However,finding such a photo might be difficult,IMHO.

How do you know there are B-2's in those shelters? They look way too small....... Compare them to the B-1b on the runway.
B-1b
Length: 146 feet (44.5 meters)
Wingspan: 137 feet (41.8 meters) extended forward /
79 feet (24.1 meters) swept aft
B-2
Length: 69 feet (20.9 meters)
Wingspan: 172 feet (52.12 meters)
The shelters look a little wider than a B-1 on the runway and about 2/3 as long as one. That's about the right size for a B-2.

That's 5 each KC-135s, not B-52s.My bad. Well, that means the B-1's can bomb with full tanks.

Last night I was looking at a google satellite image of my neighborhood, there was my car parked in the driveway, my swimming pool in the back yard, it felt eerie, the image is upgraded every 24 or 42 hours, I can't remember exactly. I can't imagine how well a government satellite can pick up the grass that needs mowing in my front yard, I don't know how often they upgrade their pictures but I do know I'm going to start dressing alot nicer when I go outside.
