I did a search of this title and found nothing. Just another example of our diminishing sense of humor and ability to recognize a joke. There is no right not to be offended!!!

The ringtone's humor is clearly from the viewpoint of a Mexican mocking a stereotypical "Texas redneck", in the same way that Eddie Murphy did the sendup of a racist "goomba" calling him racial slurs.
