Is there any way the medical services, freebee healthcare at the expense of the rest of us can be ended?
Yes, it means that the hospitals have to triage and send people who are not in need of emergency medical care to for-pay minor emergency clinics. That is done in some ER's. But, I suspect that those who run ER's frequently would rather treat the more minor stuff than run the risk of being sued if something goes wrong (or sued even if it doesn't).
Every time a Dr gets sued, the hospital gets sued with them.
I'm sure that the fear of lawsuits in this junk lawsuit, litigious society is determining the choices being made.
