Isn't it ironic. They want to kill their base and we want to save it.

How many of our problems today are connected to the abortion Holocaust? Our labor shortage, leading to mass illegal immigration. Our shortfall in social security funding because of reduced workers paying taxes?

From an analytical standpoint, it's interesting what abortion has done to the demographics. I'm not sure of the numbers, but it's around 40 million of them since Roe.

Black women get abortions at a rate about four times that of whites.

I've never seen a breakdown by political affiliation, but I'd guess abortions by Republican women make up about 5% or less of the total. Probably the majority of them come from politically non-active women.

But 40 million is huge. That's bigger than the population of all of California.

Today's political, racial, and demographic picture would look a lot different if these abortions had not been performed.

Before I'm misunderstood, I'm in no way suggesting that these abortions were a good thing. Unwanted births should be prevented before conception.

I'm commenting on the fact that abortion has greatly changed our country in ways that some people may not have considered.

I'm not following your logic. What labor shortage? Non-workers are down to about 4.7% of the workforce now. That's the lowest its ever been. And our shortfall in Social Security is as much due to a growing older population that anything.

We may have fewer workers today than we would have had abortion not been so prevalent, but to say that is a root cause of illegal immigration and our Social Security problems is a bit of a stretch.
