Curious-how do you feel about emergency contraception and RU486?

RU 486, is an abortion pill and is clearly murder, at least in my mind. The morning after pill is just a high dose of the regular birth control pill( sometimes pharmacies will even give the customer bc pills), and works by prevent ovulation. The sperm and egg don't meet, and is not abortion. There is a slight theoretical chance that the chemicals in the morning after pill could cause the lining of the uterus to become hostile to implantation. However the same is true with regular birth control pills, and many other medications that are prescribed by the thousands every single day for a variety of medical reasons. If the person is already pregnant, the morning after pill does no harm to the fetus.
So I'm for the morning after pill to be over the counter, because it would prevent abortions. For example a woman who has sex with her boyfriend, the condom breaks, if she got the morning after pill she might never get pregnant, but when she does she may very well go get an abortion.
