The idea of an instant wall is ridiculous. The Border Patrol knows where the fences will work best to channelize the illegals. Yes. And they know precisely where to put border checkpoints to help channelize illegals. But some RINO Congressman keeps in his home district.
I expect similar behavior from Congress, and yes even some Republicans, with some of the fencing.
