In a related story, Americans denounce communists as sub-humans lower than whale $hit on the ocean floor

"The Communists want the US to totally open the borders. "

Funny, so does 90+ % of posters on the DUmmies site. Coincidence? I don't think so...

George W. Bush’s speech to the nation on May 15, 2006 highlighting deployment of the National Guard to the Mexican border represents an aggressive policy of racist, anti-immigrant demonization and hysteria. It was a demagogic attempt to mobilize the conservative base and appeal to fear in the lead-up to the November Election, and impact the current Senate debate.

And there is a problem with this???

Interesting read especially the links. Note that Rep. Ed Pastor (D) of Tucson is among the members listed in the first link.

Yes, it is true... at its heart, the Democrat Party wants a Socialist America.
Want proof? Here is a list of self-proclaimed Socialists in American Government:
http://www.restoringamerica.org/documents/socialists_in_congress.html
Note that the Democrat LEADER in the House is among them.
They are all members of an organization called the Democrat Socialists of America. They even have a website:
http://www.dsausa.org/dsa.html
Here is their mission statement:
"The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is the largest socialist organization in the United States, and the principal U.S. affiliate of the Socialist International (also in Francais and Espanol). DSA's members are building progressive movements for social change while establishing an openly socialist presence in American communities and politics...

"We invite you to support the campaign by adding your name to the list of signers of the Pledge for Economic Justice. In conjunction with the Campaign DSA is working with the Congressional Progressive Caucus, a network of more than 50 progressive members of the US House of Representatives...

"The Progressive Caucus of the US House of Representatives is made up of 58 members of the House. The Caucus works to advance economic and social justice through sponsoring legislation that reflects its purpose. The Caucus also works with a coalition of organizations, called the Progressive Challenge, to bring new life to the progressive voice in US politics."

You can't make this stuff up... it's a fact.
So, when you go to the voting booth in November, before you pull the lever for a Democrat, realize that doing so could very well put the Socialists in power.

Choose wisely... and pass this important info on to all you know...

As written, this bill would exclude the vast majority of undocumented immigrants now in the country from a path to legalization and citizenship.

These people obviously did not bother reading the bill. Until Kyl and Cornyn stepped in, it didn't even exclude convicted felons.

Excuse me? Please. Expound.

They're right that Bush's announced immigration plan is way wrong. But of course, their reasons are totally backwards. They want to create Meximerica. The American public wants to preserve America's cultural and political identity. Bush's plan satisfies neither side.

It's about time Bush made "a demagogic attempt to mobilize the conservative base and appeal to fear in the lead-up to the November Election, and impact the current Senate debate."

After all, November will be here before we know it.
