Bill's whole history of campaigning...has been to get negative stories out...with 50 percent of the story...and pretend when the story comes up six months later with the full truth that this epsiode is over now and we "must move forward". Count every single story in first campaign, and the eight years...he always did pre-release...and then pretty-up the damage control later. He is a master at this tactic.
It seems to me that Mrs Clinton as a candidate in 2008 could be a great asset for the Republican Party.
