The biggest deal is that we had 26 Republican Senators basically ignore the facts pointed out by Senator Sessions that this bill is out of order because of overexpeditures and will wind up costing the American taxpayers billions and BILLIONS of additional dollars.

The crapola spewed out by Kennedy saying this bill will REDUCE the deficit and heartily swallowed up by these 26 R's is nothing more than smoke and mirrors.

They have the nerve to call tens of billions (if not hundreds) of tax dollars a "minor point of order".
