Why not put him in a hospital where they house people who are guilty of crimes but have mental problems if she is that worried about his physical safety. There would probably be much less risk to him there and maybe they could waive the "entrance requirements."

When in the world are we going to get judges who worry about the safety of the children (and the public) as much as the safety of the creeps they sentence. This should be a requirement for nomination.

Is this short but guilty turd, any smaller compared to the prison predators than the child was to him?

A Judge who will not sentence a convicted child molester to the maximum sentence allowable by law, should be sentenced to the maximum sentence possible for abetting a child molester, when the molester claims his next victim.
