When a foreign can lecture us on OUR immigration laws, it's allthe justificaton we need to sut it ALL off for 8 years. Extension option of Congress. Inform ALL Nations to come to binding treaty agreements with the U.S. Most would have little problem with doing this. It's likely covered in diplomatic treaty already. And some nations don't want their brainpower moving out of country anyway.
