This should go a long way towards driving the homos and their ACLU comrades over the edge.

YO Scout! I second that salute. It was great to hear our SoD is an Eagle Scout.
The man is honorable. I don't care what the scum of the earth have to say about him. He serves his country with honor.

you know, I wanted to be a scout, and my parents wouldn't let me for many reasons. The one I remember was "you have to go door to door and sell stuff." Plus there was the logistics issue. Missed opportunity. damn.

I have known one man, personally, who earned the Silver Beaver. He was Dr. Carl A. Zapffe, Scoutmaster of Troop 35 in Baltimore, Maryland for 41 years. I was there when Dr. Zapffe came into the meeting room in the basement of the Church of the Redeemer on Charles Street, with the intention only of bringing his own son into the Troop.
But he saw the chaos that Troop was in, and its desperate need for new adult leadership. So he stayed, and became its Scoutmaster. That was one of the turning points in my life, because I learned from that man, and I am honored to have been one of the first Eagles that Troop turned out in the "Zapffe era."
P.S. My primary is over, but because of certain legal and ethical problems, the incumbent, Charles Taylor may withdraw/be forced out, and I am in the running to be chosen as the replacement nominee for Congress in the 11th District of NC. For more information, see the article below, and my website. I still need your help.
