According to Maines, the group would rather have a few "discriminating" fans, than have a whole bunch of rednecks buying their CD's- speaks to their phoniness and dopiness.
In the meantime- Bill O'Rielly's account of the feud between himself and Maines was hilarious. Those of us who saw it, got it. Bet she didn't...

I really think they are a hurtin' even though all the articles say they haven't been hurt by all this. WHY then, did they take a couple of years off to have babies?? The strategy was that all this would die down. BUT us die hard country fans will never forget the way they put down not just our President but also our fighting men and women and the great USA!
It's probably more like they don't even care. After all, they still made their big bucks, America will always be here for them, (they think), because it always has been.
They have absolutely NO concept of what a foreign dictator like ol' Aminijab (sp?) would do to the likes of them if he could take over our country. Do they think he would let them throw big concerts and lip off like they do?

Just curious one CW fan to another -- what do you think of Mr and Mrs Faith Hill's recent comments on the war? The comments were no where near as strong as natalie maines', but...Think they'll feel any back-lash?
Sooner or later we will be hearing these girl's confessions that they were misguided. LOL
