LOL!!!!!!!!!

I intend to try and help keep up a sense of humor if TSHTF.........it helps relieve tension, regardless of what some claim are disrespectful comments.

Exactly. I hear ya!

I gave up smoking totally, but decided I really enjoyed smoking, so now I treat myself to 3 or fewer cigs a day.
Most days I smoke just one and I am happy. :)

Did your ankle fully heal? I seem to recall that you needed PT for it. I remember the very night you fell.

Hey NN,

Thanks for the ping...let's hope we don't start as early as last year, or run as late as last year.

It sure has been "hot" this last week. My guys (hubby and son) went diving last weekend and said the Gulf was warming up nicely (LOL, I don't think that's good news.)

Houston just finished four consecutive days with an officially recorded rainfall. It was the first time that has happened since March, 2005.

This was courtesy of mid-level circulation in the Gulf. It was close to going tropical.

Our weather guys said it had some tropical characteristics, but since it is a mid-level low, they didn't didn't want to call it the "T" word.

And my weather guy can beat up your weather guy!

We went to a church picnic in April, and it was very comfortable in the Gulf -- warm. It should be interesting....
